You have to wait one year from the following first of January you start to get any benefits such as vacation or 401k.
Pros: Health Insurance, 401K, 40 hrs PTO, 8 days holidays, paid twice a month Cons: Most benefits can take up to 90 days, no vacation time is offered for the first year, paid holidays after 90 days
Really comprehensive, alot of offerings. HWP changed what they paid a couple years ago, and currently they are paying 80% of the base medical plan. For my family that is close to $900/month.
Costco membership is a small plus, but there is not yet a flex spend account.
-One week PTO/year. I am not sure if it accumulates. -No vacation first year, 5 days second year. -Health insurance, vision and dental are offered. -Must wait one year before becoming eligible for a 401k, company will match up to 4%.
Bad for singles, but okay for families. There was a 401k retirement plan as well with 3% matching.
