Hi everyone, does anyone here work for Montefiore in NYC? My brother completed all of his interviews with them, now they are asking for a drug test. He currently smokes weed but doesn’t do anything else, he wants to know if they test for marijuana due to NYC/NYS laws. This is not for a clinical position, it’s for an admin position. We’re getting multiple answers so I figured I could ask here. Thank you!

Need of advice please. I requested for short term disability then later due to mental health I went PRN. At the time of my request for STD my boss and I spoke about my leave, but my boss didn’t notify me my STD claim wouldn’t be approved if I was PRN status. I wish she educated me and suggested to go PRN once I returned from my leave. I learned the hard way that I should’ve done my own research. But is this normal? What should I do moving forward?

How does one get an EPIC certification?? I’m currently a clinical research coordinator and am interested in analyst positions that require EPIC certifications. The problem is, it seems you need to be sponsored by your workplace to get this certification. Is there a way around this? Are their jobs that are hiring that provide the training to get the certification? TIA!
