PTO accrual is decent, better the higher management you are. 403B is very nice, they do match contributions. Health and dental are kind of expensive, Medical staff get better options.
For being a healthcare provider the insurance coverage is great but kinda pricey compared to other healthcare companies in the area, anywhere from 2-6 times as much per month for medical coverage
Have to use PTO for national holidays. Very little PTO in first year.
I am part time so I do not get the chance of receiving the Benifits package. From what I heard my fellow co workers enjoy having PTO and Vacation time.
