Generous contribution to HSA accounts
Company contributions to an HSA.
Insurance package was kinda pricey and although they think they offer generous PTO it is very par for the course at 18 days with no sick time. It's sadly average.
They have a great HSA and 401k match. The insurance prices are very low and they really try to give you the best rates. The dental insurance is great!
The health plan was a double edged sword. Because it was a high deductible health plan backed by their own HSA you got a lot of matching and they also would just put money into your account, but it also meant if you had a $600 prescription you had to pay $600 up front, which a lot of people couldn't do. In the end, as a single person, I would only pay, at most, $1500 a year in medical expenses, which was pretty good, but a lot of that had to be reimbursed over the year since HealthEquity didn't pre-fund your account. Time off was OK, but nothing to shout about.
Very rich benefit package- HSA with a generous contribution plus an HRA to help meet expenses after deductible.
I like our HSA plan , our work activates like Soccer ,Corporate games , the 401K is amazing
The best thing about HealthEquity's Benefits is the $4000 HSA Contribution per year. The worst thing is the Out Of Pocket Deductible.
HealthEquity promotes use of paid time off outside of peak season. Very generous with a day or two off due to travel for work.
HSA funding and the 401k match
