The best thing is the PTO accrual program and work well with all the surrounding facilities to find coverage.
High deductible plans and hours are based on caseload
They do not provide any bonuses or salary raises, and do not answer the questions to the benefit options
The health insurance was very good. The other benefits were mediocre. Company doesn't match 401k
The worst thing is 401K
Good health care policy and 401 contribution
Medical, dental about 20 pay period, 401k after 6 months, accident ins, free life insurance
Vacation time, sick time, etc. was all wrapped into one bundle which wasn't always bad. It constantly accrued each pay period which was awesome! The company claims to pay for CEU's, however, did not indicate until AFTER a course had been completed that they would only pay for the online classes despite being told that the state of Illinois only allows half of the required continuing hours to be online.
Have to wait to contribute to 401k. Raises are infrequent. Days off are industry standard. Years of experience not considered.
Good benefit plan options and good variety
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
