Work-Life Balance, Not having to work eight hours a day, having a manager who worked from home 4.5 days a week - and would never even answer their telephone.
Alot of things are based on seniority
Retirement is matched after 5 years and medical insurance was great along with dental
Health Insurance was GREAT
excellent benefits, pto and bonus. Health includes dental.
Great benefits! You start out with 18 days PTO. Great insurance (as expected) and 401k match.
Best thing is that the pay and benefits are really good. Worst thing is the hours you have to work when you first start. It's from 10am-7pm.
There is nothing - it is amazing and my benefits are an additional 30K on top of my base pay! I get an annual report that tells me that.
Generous and relatively affordable benefits package, ability to purchase additional PTO is a big plus. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the poor maternity leave.
it was average. can not say much on it. horrible PDO, 10 days in 1 year only. national holidays are off but not guaranteed for some locations.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
