Medical is kinda costly but the good thing is if you pay the premium it's an all inclusive package for dental and vision

They use Cigna as the health plan provider and Cigna has a great benefit structure
High deductibles, low grade, expensive options. High out of pocket for a health care administrator.

Front loaded PRO was great, but I hated that it was use it or lose it. You weren't able to cash it out or roll it over. Coverage was mediocre and costs were a bit high for what you were getting.
With HPS being the largest third-party administrator in the health care industry domestically and in terms of buying power based on the number of employees, you'd expect some decent health care benefits. My spouse works for a much smaller company, her offerings are better. Since the Wipro acquisition, there have been zero educational benefits. Everything else is pretty much industry-standard minimum. Probably because they couldn't hire anyone unless they offered /something/.
