The best is that they are easy to sign up for. The worst is that the deductibles are too high.
BCBST is generally comprehensive, and taken by most providers.
Company pays a lot towards premiums.

Blue Cross is easy to work with
It was blue cross. Premiums and copay were still too expensive.
I was there pre-obama care rates. When I was there they were reasonably priced.
Expensive, and only one plan available. I guess they assume you have a working spouse.
