Love that PTO goes up at 3 years to 3 weeks/year and again at 5 years to 4 weeks/year.
Amount of PTO could be better.

Employee health coverage is great! Family coverage is not at all subsidized so it's quite expensive.
Health insurance is provided but no 401K. Instead they offer employee stock options that vest after a certain number of years with the company.

Self funded plan managed by EBMS based in Montana. Coverage was decent and the comapny offered reductions of the annual deductible if you had biometric screenings performed and had low health risks.
