They do offer many benefits, but they do not offer tuition assistance.

No retirement plan. Health benefits are expensive and cover nothing. Only think offered is stock options after 2 years.

They offer a lot of different health benefit packages - Major Medical packages, Minimum Medical packages, Vision, Dental, long/short term disability, life insurance, accidental death insurance and more. The Major Medical packages are expensive

The benefits are expensive and not good. I was paying 586 a month for my daughter and I. Life insurance and dental and vision also.

It’s good to have all of them

They offer a stock purchase plan after 2 years of service. They offer vision, dental, short term and long term didsability insurance. There is a standard PTO program. 1 year you receive 40hrs, 2 years 80hrs, and 5 years you get 120hrs of PTO. You also receive only 3 paid sick days per year. This is a 365 day business so you do get paid time and a half if you are an hourly employee and work on a holiday. The worst part of the benefits is the health coverage. They only offer a MEC plan. This is the minimum amount of coverage allowed by the Affordable Care Act. There are hospital plans you can add on, but it’s not worth it. Those employees that had the coverage always had trouble using it, because doctors offices didn’t understand what it was and it was hard to get answers.

The worst thing about the benefits package is it is 100% employee paid, the company being as large as it is just have to merely offer benefits to it's employees but they do not contribute at all.

Health insurance is poor you would think a company of this size would be able to offer better health insurance benefits to it's employees
