There was a 401k at one time and the vacation and sick time along with health insurance for working 30 hours a week was good.
They are extremely overpriced as the company does not contribute, and the plans suck.
Literally non existent. You should get health care fromthe Colorado health connect board. HSG offer nothing's but the legal required bare minimum.

Medical, dental, accidental, cancer insurance are all offered after 90days of service. The medical isn't that great, all others are pretty decent. Holidays off with pay, vacation and sick time accrual program. Benefits aren't too bad.
