good pto and 6% match and health insurance is not that great. work life balance is good in the company.
Good benefits package include medical and 401k. The company matches you after 1yr at 4%
matching 401(k) 6%, worst are these high deductible health plans (I ended up paying up to 6K past year for a normal vaginal delivery)
Vacation time was good. The healthcare package is mediocre as they do not provide you free health care. They do offer 401K, commuter benefits and HSA.
best: Health insurance; worst, 401 match after one year
Good PTO plan - 19 days off to start. 401k - Fully vested from day 1. Company will match starting in 2nd year. Several health plan options available. Decent training budget. Commuter benefits (availability to pay via pre-tax funds).
medical coverage provided by the company is decent
6% in 401k. Healthcare insurance has super high deductible 1500/3000 for single and 3000/6000for family. Out of network will be double of that. Very little annually bonus. 2-3 % for non-manager level and 10% for manager.
Best - PTO, 19 days for few first years, 5 additional days after 3 years not including holidays
Healthcare plan selection is very expensive, and always run into issues with PCPs who are not enrolled with the plan anymore, resulting in unforeseen charges.
