Expensive health insurance coverage in comparison with other major Atlanta-based media companies. Health Savings Account benefits are appreciated by those who opt to take advantage. Finally, vacation package is nice for those in good standing.
Health insurance was good, though a bit on the expensive side. Lots of options. PTO was good too.
It's great and this survey is really long..
Paid time off package is very generous. Work remote / flex hours are options. Maternity leave 8-12 weeks paternity leave 1 week. 3% 401k matching. Healthcare, dental and vision are good but not great. HSA is available to help with costs. $100 Wellness reimbursement/annually Parking/transportation FSA available. No employee stock options unless you're an executive. 1 paid volunteer day / year.
401k with matching, very generous time off, employee discount on cell phone. The health insurance is so-so, which I imagine is normal for most companies as we face rising healthcare costs.
Decent benefits package at Healthgrades.
Great time off program and 3% company 401k contribution regardless of how much you put in.
There are Generous PTO and 401k at the company. In addition I believe they offered a bunch of healthcare plan options.
Best thing... you will keep from getting hurt and eat all of your veggies because the heatlhcare is horrible. Might have to sell a kidney to pay for a doctors visit. 401k ... hahaha ... it’s a joke. Plan for your own future with this company and hopefully your husband has better insurance. Vacation is the only thing that is a good benefit. However, you have to get it approved, like anywhere.
Decent salary. Marginal health insurance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
