    The health insurance prices are competitive based on the area. They become more expensive per paycheck as the deductible is lowered. They offer HDHP with an HSA as well.

    There is a 3% employer match 401k plan available with Fidelity at Healthgrades. Lots of fund options

    6 weeks paid time off, 1 volunteer day and all the major holidays. People tend to use all their time off each year. You don't need to take time off for doctor appointments, etc. Most managers are flexible.

Vacation time is great (21 days) and comparable to other organizations in the area. They also offer 8 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, and they added 2 wellness days this year due to COVID-19. I also believe they offer 1 day of VTO. They offer 50% match up to 3% on 401(k). Heath insurance is priced competitively and is through GHC. They offer other benefits as well including a couple options for tuition assistance.

Time off and Flexible work schedules (Work from Home, adjustable hours, etc) are great as are company events and office perks (snacks, drinks, meals). Health Insurance, 401k, etc are about average for the industry.

Expensive health insurance coverage in comparison with other major Atlanta-based media companies. Health Savings Account benefits are appreciated by those who opt to take advantage. Finally, vacation package is nice for those in good standing.
