401k; pension after 5 years (?); gym membership reimbursement program; 20 days vacation after 10 years.
Only the engineering side is Union based. The news side does not get benefits.
The commuter assistance allows me to get a monthly MTA pass at a slight discount, which I take advantage of to charge my EV. I also like the health options.
I felt that Hearst offered a very comprehensive benefits package.
Average medical/dental/vision plan. I can only speak for tech employees, great time off with 3 weeks vacation plus personal days and summer Fridays. Depending on the team you work on there is some flexibility with remote work.
401k and health benifits
Great Benefits, Would work again if asked back.
Good health insurance, 401K, great company gym, and you can pick up prescriptions and see a nurse practitioner on site. Lots of free health screenings and free flu shot.
Benefits were really good. I got paternity leave but don't believe it was a formal policy. Childcare assistance was great!
Some of the benefits are great like the match plan (after a year) and multiple options for health care. Vacation is standard and hours are not flexible.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
