Benefit started year one, easy process.
The first year is limited on time off, but after 3 years you receive 3 weeks time off per year.
New employees only get two weeks PTO to start.
Generous vacation which escalates the longer you are employed.
The longer you work the more weeks you receive. It increases a week for every 5 years you work there
While it doesn't accrue over the course of the year, they're a bit stingy about how much vacation you get if you're newer to the company, and not terribly transparent about how much time you get--you have to ask.
You start with paid sick, personal, and vacation days. They increase with years of service.
