The longer you work the more weeks you receive. It increases a week for every 5 years you work there
While it doesn't accrue over the course of the year, they're a bit stingy about how much vacation you get if you're newer to the company, and not terribly transparent about how much time you get--you have to ask.
You start with paid sick, personal, and vacation days. They increase with years of service.
2-3 weeks but liberal as long as you get your work done
Standard 3 weeks off, plus 4 days Friday summers.
HR policy limits official vacation time to 3 weeks maximum, though additional time can be secured/negotiated directly via your supervisor. Company typically also provides 4 paid summer Fridays.
Very competitive with PTO at other companies.
After 3-4 years, you get 3 weeks of paid vacation
Once you reach a certain tenure, 4 weeks vacation plus summer Fridays.
They start with 5 days after 6 months and 5 more days after 9 months. Stupid. Negotiate for more from the start.
