Heartland offered comprehensive benefits packages.Which included health, short term Long Term disability insurances. 401K, Lawyer referral services, emergency funds assistance and more. Not only did they offer a wonderful benefits package but also provided education regarding the benefits.
Benefits are low average, monthly premium is a bit high, but all in all low average benefits.
Not great benefits. 401k match was good. HR dept was a joke. Everything was done online. She was pointless
The benefits here are great! They have so many options to choose from making it easy to tailor to your family’s needs. Great PTO and the amount you receive grows the longer you’ve been there.
There is a company match on 401k contributions. Medical insurance premiums, deductibles and out of pocket expenses are high. The only company paid benefit is Basic Life/AD&D at 1x your annual salary. There are only six paid holidays and a combined initial 10 days of PTO with no separate sick leave.
Benefits package is middle of road.
Great vacation days. Your first year you can earn up to 18 days!
The 401k is not ideal. I believe it is a max of 2% match. PTO starts out the same for every person I the company, regardless of title or experience. No sick time. No mental health days. I do not receive Insurance.
Benefits were ok the same as most hospices
Benefits were extremely expensive and covered very little. Could have done better on my own.
