I do have have dental insurance from Heartland. From what I have heard, they do not cover orthodontist treatments.
All full time administrative employees are eligible for dental benefits on their first day of employment with Heartland. Heartland’s dental insurance is provided by United Health Care. Up to 2 regular exam’s and cleanings are provided free of charge each year. All other services are subject to a $50 deductible. Basic restorative care is covered at 80% after the deductible. Major restorative care is covered at 50% after the deductible. Employees are responsible for a portion of the monthly premium which is taken from employees paychecks on a pre-tax basis. The premiums charged are listed below: Employee only - $2.40 per pay Employee & Spouse - $5.08 per pay Employee & Child - $4.07 per pay Family - $6.44 per pay
cost is a little high
Have not used it for anything other than cleanings.
