Benefits have always been generous. One policy instituted a few years back is the Summer Work Schedule which provides employees with every other Friday off between June and August (four additional PTO days to what's already offered.) Hein also offers profit sharing based on a percentage of your salary, new employee and business referral bonuses, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
401(k), pay and vacation are not competitive.
Bare minimum to compete, nothing leading the way or different then the standard that is to be offered.
