Best thing is the performance bonus (year end) and the worst thing is that the insurance coverage can be a bit stingy -- meaning there are some limitations around covered providers.

Benefits are great but the corporate office is royalty but the warehouse workers have to deal with weeks to fix ice machines and bathroom stalls. But corporate had a yogo studio.
