Unlimited PTO is great! 401k matching at 1% is quite low. Health insurance is somewhere between middle-of-the-road and pretty bad.

Company is marketing to higher education (Colleges/Universities) but does NOT offer tuition assistance, nor encourages employees to continue their education.
