Bonus Package is touted by HR and Recruiters, reality is that there is no way to make a bonus without being there for years.
Helix gives you a week time off the first year you are there. I think this could be improved. 401k is matched.

Best thing is they pay for 100% of it for you. Worst is if you add a spouse and 2 children It'll cost you almost $300 PER WEEK.
Single person health benefits are great! Full health, dental, and vision with low co-pays. Costs rise significantly for those with children or a significant other on their plan. Mandatory week off after Christmas, unpaid with option to use vacation time. 2 weeks of vacation until 5 years, then 3 weeks. Normal sick time and PTO accrual; hours max out but do role over into next year.
Helix Electric offers employer matching funds for 401K contributions. The available Health Plan options in Nevada are not very good.
As an intern, I was not offered a benefits package. Which is to be expected, since the internship doesn't last more than 4 months.
No Charge HMO Health Insurance, good Vacation and Sick Days, 401K matching (30% match). No usable vacation time until 6 months of employment. Required week off following Christmas (Use vacation or unpaid)
