Full benefits haven't kicked in yet (need to wait 3 months for full benefits to start) but once they start they will be 10 times better than my previous place. Was a major consideration in decision process.
Lousy 10 day PTO policy 401K plan only *just* added employer matching. However, they don't match on each paycheck. They've selected a route that means you have to stay an entire year to receive an annual matched amount. 11 months? Sorry, you get only what you put in.

Base salary is underpaid at least 20k, crappy probationary period, crap time off and vacation.
Underpaid 25k compared to industry standards HR takes an hour from sick leave if you leave an hour early.
They underpay you tremendously, as you watch the CEO drive in with his bmw and your colleagues drive a beater.
You get paid vacations and also dental and health insurance. Not to mention the good salary.
