- Best health and dental insurance I've ever been offered - Lots of vacation, holidays, sick leave - 401k - Snacks, drinks, food
Base salary is underpaid at least 20k, crappy probationary period, crap time off and vacation.
Underpaid 25k compared to industry standards HR takes an hour from sick leave if you leave an hour early.
They underpay you tremendously, as you watch the CEO drive in with his bmw and your colleagues drive a beater.
You get paid vacations and also dental and health insurance. Not to mention the good salary.
