Flexible about when you work, where you work, and how you work. Taking as much time off as you need (with unlimited PTO) is great, and their is little to no pressure about it. Also, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching, HSA contributions, and paid maternity/paternity leave.

High premiums for remote workers, and no plan selection. But nice unlimited vacation policy and good 401k matching program.

Good for a small company but average compared to large corps

Free beer and snacks were offered. Expensive medical insurance. Simple IRA now 401k. Free beer and snacks. Free lunches on Friday's, so you'll work that extra hour for the company at your desk.

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

There are no stock options and the health insurance plan is very expensive. There's also no stipend for phone and internet expenses for work from home employees. However, there are bonus gift cards and some company swag, as well as free lunches in the office every other friday as well as coffee, beer and snacks.

The company takes an active stance on improving everything, and benefits are no exception. A good deal of recent attention has been paid to the benefits package and the associated toolset. In this last iteration, we have a new time off policy, a new retirement package, and a new tool that makes managing these items much simpler and more intuitive. It's clear to all of us that we do, actually, matter at BeQuick and they continue to demonstrate that.

BeQuick covers HALF (yes you read that correct) half of an employee's health insurance choice from the plans offered. Very helpful for families, plus that includes dental and vision. Not bad!
