You actually work for a PEO, Insperity, and the benefits are excellent. Which is why some stay when they know they should go.
The gas allowance is plenty and not specific to your mileage, so you get basically free gas for when you work there. The employee discount is crazy, my whole month's worth of healthy dinners I never would be having otherwise with fresh veggies and quality meats. They also have standards like dental, vision, and healthcare and a 401k. I don't have anything negative to say about the benefits.
Company is improving. Benefits are not that great.
Free food, fun company parties, performance bonus. Overall a pretty good benefits package
Not much. Every time I went to an urgent care it was about $75 co-pay, which is ridiculous. The benefits weren't great.
Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available immediately. 401k available after 90 days. Back-up child/elder care, 75% off boxes, EAP program, commuter benefits, PTO, Free lunches & snacks

Health Insurance coverage starts on your FIRST day of work!! No 90 day probationary period like most companies, you are covered the day your start!!
great vacation plan, company perks, friday lunches, 401 k, huge discount on product and work from home.
Their paid time off is awful. It accrues at such a slow rate. Benefits are ok. Have worked in companies with better benefits
