Pretty fair benefits with flexible vacation days!
Benefits package provides basic and extra perks!
Best: We have moved to Dropbox benefits as part of the acquisition! Flexible/Unlimited PTO still, better medical coverage (paid fully for employees), and 401k matching of $1500 per quarter. $100 cell phone reimbursement per month, breakfast + lunch + dinner provided by the Tuck Shop, etc Worst: No dogs allowed anymore. We loved our HelloSign pups! Dropbox has moved HQ down to Mission Bay and are providing shuttles to help get everyone to the office but it has made everyone's daily commutes quite a bit longer. Dropbox likely needs to be flexible with working from home arrangements so they don’t lose in productivity.
The benefits seem pretty good for a company of this size. The most important things to me are a pretty decent health care plan (medical, dental, vision) w/ 50% for spouse/dependents and a pretty flexible work schedule.
Best part of the benefits package is that it covers 100% of our health plan. The worst part is that the 100% coverage does not apply to family members
Great upgraded benefits- we now have vision and dental insurance and a 401k that is still in the works. Great snacks and catered lunches on Fridays, new commuter benefits
I look forward for our package to include vision coverage.
The best thing about HelloSign are the people and the culture. The benefits could be more robust, but the company is evaluating them currently to make them more robust and competitive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
