Company offers 403(b) with 4% match. Employee is fully vested after 4 years. If an employee leaves before being fully vested, they will still keep however much they contributed as well as a percentage of Helping Hand's contribution depending on the number of years worked.
Not many insurance options, no pension plan
The best benefit I experienced at Helping Hand Center was their dedication to professional development. In addition to yearly Organization-wide Inservices, they provided funds for Continuing Education courses and paid days to attend these courses.
Health insurance premiums are significantly higher than any other company I've ever worked for. Literally double my prior and current job.
Benefits include paid vacation, sick time, 403b, medical, dental and vision.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
