The FSA Plan allows you to use tax-free dollars to pay for qualifying expenses that are not covered, or only partially covered, by insurance. The Health Care FSA may be used for elibible health care expenses for you and your qualified dependents (e.g. medical or dental plan deductibles, coinsurance and copays, vision expenses). The Dependent Care FSA may be used for eligible day care expenses for your qualified dependents. Team members may contribute up to $2,650 towards the Health Care FSA and $5,000 towards the Dependent Care FSA.
