Best thing is the paid time off, worse thing I would say is the maternity leave which is 6 weeks paid time and 6 weeks unpaid.
15 payed days to start with, 20 after 4 years, 25 after 9 years. High deductible health plan. retirement savings plan match up to 2.5% your salary.
The longer you work there the more benefits they keep taking away. Less vacation. Pay more for health insurance that covers less.
Increased pay and at the same time increased health insurance
They have good matching and offer a wide range of benefits.
HAP is owned by Henry Ford and you pay double what other companies pay; raises are enough to cover your insurance increase
Great benefits. HAP is a very good health plan
Provide several options, encouraged to use HFHS doctors and HAP insurance. Employer contributes to HSA account on annual basis. Combined Time Off used for both sick and vacation time.
Health insurance is expensive, being Henry Ford and HAP are connected, expensive premiums, PTO takes a long time to build up, 401k has two plans available
Benefits really don't offer a lot.
