At this job there were quite a few benefits. Some of them include ; 401k 10% match, 5 weeks paid vacation, overtime pay, paid holidays
I liked the pto we could 12 hours a month, I didnt have the insurance

Full time corporate employees get combined time off, but unfortunately the number of CTO days offered is low so employees are incentivized to come to work sick. Insurance is so-so, but not as good as you might imagine given that Henry Ford owns HAP. Benefits for long-time employees are much better than those for new hires.
A decent 403b plan is offered. The vehicle benefit is poor because only physicians get the real A plan ford vehicle discount where as everyone else gets the tiny X plan discount
Too expensive to pay for benefits that are not great. However they do allow you to have a 403b and another retirement account.

Hap insurance, discounts to many local and out of state companies, paid time off accumulated every pay period , will pay for you to go back to school.
They offer a 403B plan. Workmans comp is a joke and will deny legitimate claims leading to litigation.
