Best: 3 weeks sick leave, 2 weeks vacation, plus federal holidays, snow days, etc. Salary is ok. Worst: micromanagement, and little chance for promotion. No career path. No continuous education benefit.
Benefits are the best perk at HJF, you get vacation, sick leave time-off and heath insurance,
Pros - Most comprehensive benefits package I have come by. Plenty of accrued paid annual and sick leave. Paid Holidays. 403B with generous matching. Options for HSA, FSA, Dependent FSA, and LPFSA (if on HDHP). Cons - No tuition reimbursement for continuing education.
Great benefits, especially 403b match.
We received the same benefits packages as government employees, so they were great. No complaints.
Generous 401k contribution. Two weeks vacation and sick leave. Free holiday. Vacation time rolls over
Decent benefits, nothing out of the ordinary. Vacation time is decent.
Negotiate up to 24 days of vacation. 403b match is good, plan provider is not great (TIAA) though. Health Insurance Plans include generous infertility treatment coverage including $50k lifetime treatments. Maternity “leave” through short term disability insurance, adoption assistance leave (2wks), no paternity leave no parental leave.
403b, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, accidental death
Good benefits, for the most part.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
