Benefits begin on the first day of work. 403B is vested immediately, no waiting period.

The worst thing is that the flexible schedule does not apply to everyone and neither does telecommuting. This creates animosity between employees.

The Foundation is one of the few organizations with a very generous 403b match for employees. Over the last couple of years medical plans have offered less coverage with medical plan costs increasing.

Great health and dental insurance, 401K but not many vacation days.

Good match of 403b, nice paid vacation leave, sick leave and holidays. But there is recent premium hike for the health insurance.

Generous time off, decent match, health insurance and disability comparable to federal job. Also nice to have all federal holidays off.

Very pleased so far with health coverage. The PPO is expensive but comprehensive. There is some flexibility in schedules as well as 403(b) matching.
