Very pleased so far with health coverage. The PPO is expensive but comprehensive. There is some flexibility in schedules as well as 403(b) matching.

Vision plan has saved me hundreds of dollars on glasses, frames, appointments Dental plan I get two free checkups a years, well worth the amount I pay. Health insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield; choice between PPO or high deductible option for Flex spending or Health saving account.
Very happy with benefits package. HSA, FSA, paid floating holiday, paid federal holidays, paid, vacation, paid sick leave, flexible schedule depending on contracting location.
403b matching is outstanding, 0-5 years of service - $1 for $1 match, 5-10 years $1.50 for $1 match, 10+ years $2 for $1 contribution.
The health care coverage is excellent (80 - 100%) at affordable premiums; the 403(b) retirement plan is matched dollar for dollar up to 5% of your salary from day one (vested immediately) through your first 5ys and increases after that.
