Herbalife offers 401(K) with employee matching (after 1 year of work), decent healthcare, tuition reimbursement, and employee wellness programs such as therapy, etc.
It has good 401k and they also give you he opportunity to buy stocks from the company for a discount.
Herbalife continues to look for ways to improve our benefits package every year. Plus as a new hire, benefits start on the first day of employment.
Vacation packages are the best
Benefits package is decent. However, you are on your own. Benefits Dept is a dead end. Unclear with their communication so if you have a question about any of the Benefits and how they work you are on your own.
