Pretty average benefits. Same as working conditions and pay, they got just a little worse every year.

Overall benefits were fine with the exception of retirement. They provide a 401K but do not contribute or match. They have a bonus program for managers but will find reasons to not reward them.
Herr Foods, Inc. offers Route Salespersons 5 sick days per year, 1 'gone fishing' day (in lieu of Good Friday) and 2 weeks vacation upon one full year of employment. Aetna PPO with 3 options (high deductible, medium and low deductible plans).
They have not been putting anything into the profit sharing. Medical benefits have been going up every year, about 30.00 a year. They have you do an incentive program that is near impossible and time consuming to complete to get a discount. Making full time employees part time to avoid paying benefits.

The cost of the benefits continues to rise while the benefits continue to pay less. Every single claim my family claims is denied, and a paper chase has to ensue to get it paid.
