The options were competitive with the marketplace. The company did a good job negotiating early so employees had zero to minimal increases for the next year.
Very low, only Catostrophic. Insurance Marketplace was better. Underinsured
I recieved no benefits.
There is a 401k match, profit sharing (varies year to year), paid vacation, sick time, and excellent health benefits.
Overall HFE offers a great benefits package. Full health coverage, life insurance, as well as a 401k plan. Employees are also eligible to receive tuition reimbursement.
Health Insurance "Benefits": Costly premiums with NO coverage until after very high deductible is met, even on prescriptions. I am guaranteed to have to spend $5,000 on my prescriptions, that I need TO STAY ALIVE and avoid going blind, at the (family) cost of my gross pay for the first 600 hours (i.e., three months)--and that doesn't include my share of the premium, just the deductible before there is actually coverage. What a place!
I find nothing wrong with it at all.
Benefits are numerous, premiums are reasonable. Perks include discounts on tons of entertainment and dining venues.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
