The graduate research assistants package at Penn State is standard with other graduate programs. However, if you use the available student housing it's very inexpensive and walking distance to the campus. Therefore you can save more.
Best: Many options, great health insurance options
You have to pay in a significant amount.
Time off is generous, benefits are good, pay is competitive for most jobs. 401k match. FSA, life insurance, LTD, many other benefits.
Average Benefits, but they are cut every year and costs continue to go up
As a post-doctoral fellow there are great medical benefits and paid time off. However, you are not a full employee, so there is no 401K or life insurance offering.
Very happy with the benefits selection. Company pays about 85% of the premium which is great. Coverage is good but deductibles and out of pocket max is a bit high. Other benefits are also very competitive. PTO plan is pretty generous. The 75% off tuition plan is good but after taxes is really more like 50% (rumor has it this benefit is going away). Company offers child life insurance for a dollar. FSA for medical and child care. Short term disability and long term disability and more
401k distributions are matched by company after 3 years of employment. Discounted Penn Dtate University for employees and dependents.
company perks, PTO, personal time, and it had all the average medical and dental insurance, must be visiting the preferred campuses if you wanna save money.
Generous PTO and time off
