Company has a solid benefit package strating company car fuel , vacation ,401k insurance but medical coverage isn't the best I think .

I love the 3 weeks vacations after first promotion. 1 week floating. One week sick days. If you don't use sick, you get pay for it.

Doesn't pay bonuses, maternity leave sucks, no paternity leave, healthcare is expensive, benefits don't start right away, can't contribute to your own 401k right away, the list goes on...

401k match is barely worth it, bonus structure changes randomly throughout the year to ensure that nobody is able to meet target to receive a bonus, healthcare coverage is light so you end up pying majority out of pocket.
The benefits are pretty good. One major plus is they offer funds in an HSA account. Another good thing is they do offer a match on the 401K.
Health Insurance didn't cover very well when it came to mental health.
