Several different medical plans to chose from. The smaller the deductible, the more you paid out of pocket. They did have high deductible plans to chose from.
3 weeks vacation but almost a week is mandated for year end shutdown.

Best thing: there is a vested 401-k matching. However, you'll have to work for the company for 3 years minimum.
