401 k is good, the worst is the deductible, which sucks. The benefits kicks in fast which is good, and coverage is good too i would say

Every year the benefits were reduced, so they are current average to less than average.
Work from home. expensive health insurance
Many options for health, competitive and relatively good. Vacation grows with years of experience. 401K options were pretty good with options.
Unfortunately there are not any benefits.
