“Overall good benefits with flexible work hours.”
“Good amount of holidays and vacations ”
“Good retirement plan benefits overall ”
Worked for HPE for 10 years. I found their healthcare to be comparable. Vacation time was nice compared to many companies. You were not required to accrue vacation before you could use it for the year.
Health dental vision life insurance and 401k match,
Great benefits, that cover most employee needs.
Excellent benefits including 401k, life insure, health insurance, flexible time, stock options, performance bonus, sick and vacations days, family medical leave of absence.
Benefits are on part with the rest of the high technology industry.
401k , 4% match($ to $), paid quarterly (you need to be on payroll on the day of match every quarter), they take those matching away every now and then depending on company performance (like in 2020 for 6 months there was no matching in addition for 15% salary cut) , medical benefits Ok, Time off : 20 each year carry over up to 240hrs in CA.
4% 401k matching (after 2 years) -- the matching has been paused in the past
Health insurance is standard. Terrible leave packages
Pros: Wellness Fridays (leave work 3 hours early every 2nd Friday of the month) Cons: No lunches
401K match, PTO (limited hours). Bonuses are terrible when they are even offered. Limited upward mobility.
