Our Total Rewards program includes competitive base pay and benefits, and the chance to earn an annual bonus based on performance. It also includes recognition for your contributions and long-term incentives like annual equity awards. Other benefits vary from country to country, but in general, you can expect a broad range of benefits including subsidized health insurance, retirement programs and paid time off
great healthcare was really good but you had to pay for it in the long run,,,
401 K, excellent insurance, good retirement programs, different options to choose from
Work from home is good option.
Good package of benefits. The best is professional development.
I was fortunate to have a manager who allowed us to work from home when needed. Although the retirement benefits were more generous in 2000, at least the company still provided matching 401K and decent health care options (HMO and PPO) as of 2010.
Maternity time is 4 weeks. 401K match is only 4% and stock purchase is only 5% off the market value
Standard United Health Care or Etena, holiday pay, vacation, personal time off. Overall the benefits are good. They usually justify lower salary by claiming that the benefits package "makes up 29% of your overall compensation".
Great benefits package...it's basically an a la carte type set up. You are able to pick and choose the benefits package that best suits your family.
HP offered very generous, competitive supplemental Life Insurance coverage.
Good benefits. Typical for industry
