Good benefits package with HP medical and HMO like Kaiser as choices. Stock Purchase Plan, 401k match etc. Co-pays for medical increased every year (but that's pretty much the same at all companies due to the right cost of healthcare).
Vacation accrual was very generous
Pretty comprehensive coverage of benefits. One thing they can improve upon is providing more discounts on HP products to the employees, what better way to publicize your products than demonstrated by your own workforce and their families.
The benefits HP provides it is really good, such as health insurance, life insurance, 401k, paid vacations, being able to participate in events and conferences, etc.
Never had any becuase I was an intern; full time employees have said good things about it; stacks up pretty well to the competitors
they match up to 6%
Good health insurance, better retirement benefits for long term employees. Leave policy is very good for female employees. Work life balance will be good as the option for working from home is available.
there are really none for me since i was hired part time initially even though i work almost full time at times. i get my own insurance especially since i have a pre-existing medical condition. also, no paid time off or vacation days
Since salary is low here, need better benefits. Such as work from home, more paid vacations, 100% company paid insurance, more meals for employees such as monthly diner etc. also more incentives as the work itself is very stressful
the worst thing is . no benefit for the lower paid hard workers. outsourced work..
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
