Parental leave is AMAZING (compared to other employers in the US, not compared to the rest of the world lol)! 16 weeks of leave, and 2 weeks fully paid (not counting using your own PTO and if you qualify, short term disability).
Best part: easy enrollment process, HR does a great job guiding all staff through the options. Worst part: currently there is no option for an employer-matched retirement contribution.
decent health insurance though the premiums that go up each year barely are covered by the yearly raise. pretty generous PTO, but don't forget that you have way shorter summers than everyone else.
Health Care cost too much!
