Schedule is flexible and the management is willing work around it.
They didnt really have a benefits package to be honet. I was just a part time summer student.
Company matches approx. 4.5% of contributions to 401k. Blue Cross/ Blue Shield provides the health benefits. Lower-level employees can't afford to accept the benefits, though, as they would lose significant chunks of their paychecks to deductions.

They don't offer benefits to part time emplyees, which is anyone who works less than 30 hours per week.
There were pretty good benefits once you get into salary.
Unless you have worked there for many years, you don't get much in the way of benefits. With such high turnover, that's to be expected.
