Good 401K, good health, dental, and vision. One of the better packages I have had at the time.
standard benefits package, all the normal bells and whistles. Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation. HR department did a pretty good job at telling you about all the benefits.
Health Insurance, dental, vision, disability PTO,
401k is great. Benefits are good, though not as good as they were 9 years ago. Vacation and sick days are plentiful and useful.
They offer coverage for you and have a good package, but in this position, you won't make much money if you accept their benefits unless you are making sales and getting commission.
casual dress code, ability to telecommute, 401k, paid vacation
goid benefits. As a mother of 3, it's been a huge help. Company provides an hsa and contributes to that every year.
401K is about 1% of what you put in. Other benefits have skyrocketed, just like most other companies. Vacation and time off is pretty standard.
On the PPO plan we now have to pay a copay and the per person deductable shot up to $800 annually. The maximum out of pocket also went up dramatically to $6500.
The charge a quarterly administration fee for 401(k). Medical/Dental/Vision benefits used to be great, but 2 years ago they went the cheapest route and now plans are expensive and deductibles are high.
