More days than I need.
Much too little vacation time offered. The job is very repetitive and sometimes very stressful, especially if you are in one of the phone queues. You do not have enough time to really relax and not get burnt out.
Not much in the first year and you do not get paid any unused time after leaving.
Employer allowed up to 2 weeks paid vacation annually whenever the employee chose to take time off.
paid vacation, personal days, and ability to work from home offers maximum opportunity to achieve work/life balance
Typical large company vacation and personal time off given
It is a standard vacation package.
Worst thing about vacation/paid time off is due to the way the time was accrued if you were to fall ill and had not accrued enough time you were forced to take paid time off, or medical leave to avoid being written up for attendance problems.
Plenty of time off and accrual system allowed you as much time as you could need.
