    Much too little vacation time offered. The job is very repetitive and sometimes very stressful, especially if you are in one of the phone queues. You do not have enough time to really relax and not get burnt out.

    Worst thing about vacation/paid time off is due to the way the time was accrued if you were to fall ill and had not accrued enough time you were forced to take paid time off, or medical leave to avoid being written up for attendance problems.
