Pros: - 401k - health insurance company paid - Open vacation policy - Remote work encouraged especially since your product allows your testing to validate functionality and experience. - Engineering gets a HW budget allocated on startup. Cons: - Startup salary - Longer startup hours
Best: Full health, vision and dental coverage for employees. Gym stipend. Unlimited vacation (with manager approval). Worst: No WFH. If you want to take advantage of pre-tax commuter benefits, no one actually knows how to do it so you'll have to figure out how to use the Tri-Net portal (which is a mess). It's "dog-friendly" but discouraged.

Decently priced medical benefits plan with about average coverage
Amazing benefits that include: free drinks/snacks,flexible hours, unlimited PTO, free catered lunch once a week, commuter/gym benefits and much much more!
Unlimited vacation - no accrued PTO, which is great until you leave the company because there is no vacation payout
There are some really good benefits and perks at Highfive. They need to get better drinks and snacks for the office though. Bring back the coconut water! There are company outings every quarter along with many outings with the team.
