There’s nothing bad about our benefits . They are very cheap and you get very good coverage.
Maternity leave policy is absolutely horrible for a health care company that ran a campaign specifically on postpartum depression. Only provided with short term disability and FMLA leave and you have to use all of your PTO first and the use of PTO still doesn't extend the time beyond the 12 weeks of FMLA.
