Good health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision). Standard PTO schedule, as well as standard 401k match. Remote work available.
Very low premium for health, vision & dental insurance. Great 401k match & vesting periods: immediately vested in employer match to what you put in; 3 years vesting period for involuntarily employer contribution (extra % they add on top of the match regardless of if you contribute to your 401k or not). Only thing that’s lacking a bit is tuition reimbursement - it’s a flat rate annual amount that’s fairly low.
