Everything you need as well as some nice-to-haves. Also just added 401k matching (though nothing crazy). Health, vision, dental, as well as plenty of snacks, flexible PTO and WFH, workout class credit, etc.
Benefits are less than what you would expect at a tech company. Low quality medical, dental, and vision insurance. No 401k matching.
Pretty basic benefits. Cons: no 401k matching, no wellness reimbursement, or learning and development stipend. Unclear what the parental leave policy is.
Great company perks. The health insurance is really good, the vacation time is very flexible, the only thing that could make working here better is 401K matching. There is a large budget for team bonding events, I eat breakfast for free everyday as well as eat the healthy snacks, and the company lunch on Friday is always fun.
Amazing healthcare including vision, dental, and full medical.
Best is PTO and flexibility
Unlimited vacation that people 1) actually use, and 2) actually use responsibly
Benefits are sub-par compared to other tech companies. Good health benefits. But aside from that others are sub-par and some are downright not as advertised. Just started having 401k - no match Transportation: free Orca card or cash subsidy. No wellness benefits: health club reimbursement, gym, or even showers at work. Healthy snacks: if you count Cheetos, yes. Education: hahaha, that's funny!
Standard healthcare/dental plans. Unlimited PTO which has also become fairly standard for tech startups. Recently instituted a 401k plan - no matching (yet) unfortunately but there's potential for that in the future. Would love to see more benefits around career development, continuing education/learning, wellness.
The benefits are nice to have.
