Good: flexible work hours, pretty loose vacation policy, tons of snacks, free catered lunch on Fridays, free Orca card or transportation stipend, health/dental/vision mostly paid for by employer, regular company events, stock options, work from home, short and long term disability paid for by employer Bad: No 401k offered at all, which makes it really hard to save for retirement. Paid parental leave only covered by short term disability.
For a start up the benefits are good, you get what you would expect. Great company health/dental/vision plan, vacation, paid time off, but I could very well see these benefits improving in the future. The company does parking reimbursement in downtown Seattle! Who does that?! It's awesome!
