“Great benefits for the company's size. I've worked at multiple startups that did not have anything close in breadth or affordability.”

“Unlimited PTO. How you are able to use differs from department to department, but it's still a great benefit. ”
Good medical benefits including health, vision and dental. Good bonus plan and paid leave policy but missing 401k employer contribution may affect retirement planning.
Free snacks, health insurance no 401k matching
Great health insurance policy. Insurance and 401k start on day 1. Unlimited PTO. People complain about lack of 401k match, however it's been my personal experience that any private company that offers stock options (like Hightail does) doesn't offer a 401k match.
In line with larger Silicon Valley companies in this field. Health, dental, vision, cell phone, snacks, lunch on Mondays, and Roth 401k now available. Flexible vacations can be problem when working in certain groups, especially after the 2014 downsizing. The only thing really missing is no 401k match

I believe the benefits to be fair. The one problem was the unlimited vacation could never really be used. I worked through every "time off" I took. I never really had a break.
Above average benefits for a small company. Free gym next to the building that is available on a drop-in basis. Fully stocked kitchen.
No set amount of vacation time!
The package was great when the massive workforce reduction in the Fall of 2012 the severance package was very fair and my manager hung on to me as long as he could.
Good package overall. Con: No matching for 401k.
It's average, nothing out of the norm on either side.
