“Could use a bit of help, but the company helps with the high deductible.”
“Great matching program of 6% to your 401K.”
“Great benefits. Plenty of PTO given with tenure. ”
Great benefits, excellent work environment!
You are awarded your full PTO balance for the year on Jan 1 and don’t have to wait for it to accumulate. I have to budget for the high pocket deductible which I hit every year for my family. I really wish the health benefits were better.
PTO is 160, 200, or 240 hours per year based on experience. You can roll over 60 hours year to year. I struggle to take most of my time combined with the holidays. 6% 401K matching. High-Deductible Health Plan matched with HSA account (company puts about half of the deductible into my HSA account). Health insurance is affordable but out of pocket costs can be expensive if not managed well. 30% yearly bonus target (has paid me about 35% for the last few years). Company paid short and long term disability. The Buy-In Plan is an ownership plan - we can participate with company given money and/or our own cash. Better payouts the longer you work here but it starts a little slow.
Bonuses are good, pay is slightly lower than competitors, benefits are lower for sure. Bonuses pretty much even it up.
They provided benefits to they're employees at their other companies
Health benefits need to be improved.
The current HSA amount is decent and helps. Insurance benefit has a high deductible. I opted out of the 401K as I cant afford any money to come out of my paycheck to pay for it due to the low paid wages.
All the benefits were great. Insurance, 401K (matching), bonus package, etc.
Worst benefits package of any company I have ever worked for. Medical pays for nothing (no prescriptions, absolutely nothing!), until deductible is met. Vacation offering is poor. Work/life balance is poor. Company acknowledges all these things and says they will not change - "if you don't like it, don't work here".
