Good PTO. Transitioning benefits package to parent company and no longer match 401K contributions immediately; only match after several years of service.
I interned at Hill Holliday in the summer of 2017. I had a great overall experience, as I was able to get exposure to all individual departments within the agency and learn a lot about how the agency works as a whole. The agency has a very upbeat and motivational culture, with the "work hard, play hard" mentality. This was definitely a good internship for anyone interested in marketing or advertising that wants to learn a lot and have fun doing it.
Great benefits, and very generous with days off and early fridays
Healthcare options and 401k - sick time is basically on an honors system, and 10 days starting off vacation. You don't realize how much of this is a blessing until you go to another company that r obs you of personal time lumping everything together, personal time sick time and vacation into a 10 day period and offers no 401k options.
You'll be too busy to enjoy the perks
A lot of time off other than earned vacation if you can take it
Great health insurance and standard vacation time/days off. Office/company perks are probably the best part. Barber, nail services are brought in house. Otherwise, the company is constantly treating their employees - monthly catered parties to celebrate the work, holiday/summer party blowouts, and many other small things in between to celebrate staff. It's nice how much this company appreciates their staff and makes it know !
Lots of holidays off and half day on the Friday before long weekend
The health insurance is primo. Dental insurance, not so much. Yearly bonuses are small (except for a select few)
Good health insurance coverage and adequate time off. Also good about flexible time when the situation warrants it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
