There are benefits such as 401k and health ins, however the insurance offered is high cost and also has a very high deductible. Also they match well on the 401k but don't contribute monthly so you miss out on a lot of compounding interest, which, Hilliard being an investment company should do a better job at.
The health insurance isn't worth the high cost.
