Benefits are great overall, however, working from home twice a week and 401(k) match (6%) don't kick in until you're at the company for a year.

Immediate match on 401K is fantastic. Company tops-up our HSA at the beginning of each year. Nice touch. High deductable insurance plan which is now standard in the US; but once the reasonable deductable is reached it's all covered using in network doctors/surgeons. The maternity and paternity benefits are being used by mothers and fathers. Benefits similar for couples who adopt.
