Hilton has a great employee travel plan that offers employees amazing rates at their hotels
You do not get any benefits until you have been with the company for 90 days. Health/Dental/Vision Insurance is extremely expensive. Not really worth getting. Shop elsewhere. Leave is minimal - after first 90 days, you get 2 PTO days and 3 Sick days
Lack of a dedicated employee booking engine for room discounts and search of available inventory
Hilton offers select properties at a discount. You cannot receive a discount at many properties. Often times the discounted hotels are in slow cities or at airports where there's little action and less demand.
Makes traveling much easier and less expensive

It was 60$ to stay at the most expensive hotels Hilton offers and $35 for the cheapest.
No complaints at all. Hilton’s travel program is great!
